This letter is to advice our customer that there will be annual subscription increase 10% (10 Percent) take effect on 1st July 2016.
During the pass years, MCDS has consolidated many of software product lines in an effort to reduce costs and to pass the savings to our customers. However, we are experiencing the same challengers that the industry is now facing. The rising costs of hardware, software license, transportation and other expenses have impacted our business.
Please be assured that MCDS is doing everything possible to hold its costs of product, support, Data Centre, server and hardware. We hope that our customer will understand the necessity for this annual subscription increase.
