With had received complaint by the authorities that there are uncertified message being transmitted to SMK and our investigation founded that it was due to the integration done by the users without proper authorisation. We wise to reiterate that, such act highly no advisable as this can lead to various serious consequences or eventually your mailboxes being terminated.

As part of the preventive measure will be run the patch to stop such unauthorise integration activity into MCDS application. Should the users continue to trigger integration without authorisation your data will be permanently loss with this new patch deploy.

We strongly urgent users to stop performing any integration without our authorisation with immediate effect.
