As part of the security measure we will introduce the "ONE TIME PASSWORD" (OTA) second factor authentication to protect your data to be access by an unauthorises personal. We had recently received many complaint pertaining unauthorised access and stealing of information on the front end system.

Two-factor authentication is one of the best ways to protect against remote attacks such as phishing, credential exploitation and other attempts to takeover your accounts.
By integrating two-factor authentication with these applications, attackers are unable to access your accounts without possessing your physical device needed to complete the second factor."
The implementation will be fully in force effective 1 OCT 2016, all the MCDS front end users will require to order at least (ONE) one time password token at MCDS online order portal link below. Password Token will be deliver to your office via carries services. Due to the limited stock token available on hand we only allow maximum of (FIVE) token to be order per company.
