We are pleased to inform you that, effective 15 March 2017, we have implemented a new support structure to enhance our service levels for the MFS application. As part of this initiative, phone support will be gradually phased out and will officially end on 1 April 2017.

Moving forward, all support requests must be submitted via email to support@mfs2u.com. This change allows us to keep a thorough record of each support request, ensuring clear communication and preventing any unresolved or overlooked issues.

We believe this new structure will benefit all our customers by streamlining support processes, reducing complaints, and helping us achieve our goal of 95% customer satisfaction.
